- 1 cup(s) Okra (about 8 pods)
- 2 teaspoon(s) Olive Oil
- 1 pinch(es) Salt
- 1 pinch(es) Pepper
- 1 pinch(es) Garlic Powder
- 1 pinch(es) Desired Seasonings
Oven Baked Okra Fries Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Leave okra whole or slice in half lengthwise
- Place okra in Ziploc bag or bowl and mix in olive oil and seasonings
- Lay okra on baking sheet, do not overlap any pieces
- Roast for 10 mins, flip over and roast of 10-15 more mins or until okra is brown and crispy
- Serve warm or at room temperature
- Enjoy with Walden Farms Ranch dressing
